For generations, the unique Biancolilla and Nocellara olive varieties have been cultivated in the hills of Sicily and processed into delicious oil. We carry this tradition in our hearts and would like to pass it on.

Hand-picked
Our hand-picked olives are immediately taken to the oil mill in well-ventilated containers and cold-pressed. After the sediment has settled in the steel tank, the olive oil is bottled to preserve its flavor.

The Biancolilla and Nocellara olive varieties grow particularly well in the rolling hills 500 meters above sea level. High-quality, very flavorful olive oil is pressed from them. In addition to the well-known Chiarello olive oil, olives and olive paste as well as oregano and lemon spread are also produced.
